Founded by John Shamshoian in 1991, Realty Concepts is a real estate brokerage with offices in Fresno, Clovis, and Oakhurst.  Over the years, Realty Concepts has expanded to serve the Central Valley successfully, while maintaining our integrity and close-knit family atmosphere. Our agents are local experts, with deep ties in their communities and a dedication to meeting each of their clients’ needs.

About Sarah Wilcox

Raised in the Central Valley, I bring nearly a decade of full-time real estate experience and a deep understanding of our local market and community. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2014 and now a proud Broker as of 2025, I've consistently ranked as a top-producing agent, earning the trust and loyalty of clients throughout the region.

My approach is simple: deliver exceptional service, clear communication, and results that exceed expectations. I take the time to truly listen to my clients, understanding their goals whether they’re buying their first home, selling an investment property, or expanding a real estate portfolio.
